Headshots During COVID

Updated July 1, 2021

As we enter into what is hopefully the home stretch in the fight against COVID-19, I've updated last year's COVID response to account for new scientific finds, and the presence of vaccinations.

Cancelation Policy Change

This one is sort of obvious, so let’s get it out of the way first. Please cancel or reschedule your session with no questions asked and worry-free if:

  • you suspect that you may have come into contact with a COVID-positive individual in the days leading up to your session,
  • you feel even slightly unwell, or
  • you have increased reservations about COID safety due to situational or Austin Public Health stage changes.

Again, if you feel unwell, think you may have come into contact with a COVID-positive individual, or have been instructed to self-isolate please contact me to cancel or reschedule your session.

Location. Location. Location.

The good news here is that studio sessions are back! While I stopped shooting in the studio for 2020—and even most of 2021—I am now comfortable shooting indoors again due to being fully vaccinated. For your comfort, I still wear a mask while indoors with you.

Outdoor sessions are still available, but are restricted to the morning due to the Texas heat.

Masked Up

I will wear a KN95 or better mask while shooting indoors. I will no longer wear a mask outdoors, unless I have to shoot closer than 6 feet from you.
